Return or exchange of goods within 14 days.
GOODS RECLAIM
Dear customers, if you do not fit the goods or do not like them, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery to you, in the original packaging and unused.
If you want to exchange the item for another size or for other goods, or we will return the money back to your account!
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Doorstep Selling and Mail Order (Act No. 108/2000 Coll.), You have the right to withdraw from such a contract without giving a reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
PROCEDURE:
1. Please send us the goods no later than 14 days after delivery. We recommend that you send the shipment by registered 2nd class so that you have 2. confirmation. Packages are often lost in the mail :(
3. Attach a letter of withdrawal from the purchase of goods, stating: Your name, address and telephone number, your signature
if you want to return the money to the account, enter the number
4. Back with the goods, send us a proof of purchase / a copy is enough /
5. Send the goods in the original packaging / in the original box / so that it is not damaged or dirty upon delivery.

Never send the goods back to us on delivery. In this case, the shipment will not be accepted by us and will be returned to your address.
According to the mentioned law, we are obliged to return the amount paid for the goods no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, but we usually process the return of payments in less than 14 days by transfer to your bank account.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS:
If the goods do not fit you and you would like to exchange them for another size, or other goods, you can send it back to us within 14 days of delivery to you, in the original packaging and unused for exchange.
PROCEDURE:
1. Please send us the goods no later than 14 days after delivery.
2. Attach a letter stating: Your name, address and telephone number, the name of the product you are sending for exchange and also the name, product code, size or color of the product for which you want to exchange the goods, invoice number, your signature and date.
3. Send us a copy of the proof of purchase with the goods.
4. Send the goods in the original packaging / in the original box or other original packaging / so that it is not damaged or soiled upon delivery.

After examining the integrity of the goods, the goods will be exchanged. The exchanged goods will be sent to your address as soon as possible. All costs associated with transport when exchanging goods are paid by the buyer.
